Meghan Clarke is a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant and graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Prior to this she received a Bachelor of Psychology with a minor in Biology from Wilfred Laurier University.
Meghan is passionate about educating individuals on the power of living holistically. Through healthy nutrition and lifestyle choices she will customize a wellness plan to support your healthy and balanced journey to good health.
A competitive athlete from a young age, she developed a love of nutrition early on. A healthy diet aided in her intense training programs and nourished her body when healing injuries. As a high-level athlete she developed an ideal roadmap to support cognitive function through food and supplementation.
She has a special interest in supporting clients through their weight loss journey by addressing gut health, balancing blood sugar levels, hormones and supporting cognitive function through whole foods and healthy eating.
Her philosophy is: “if you don’t make time for your wellness now, you will have to make time for your illness later.”

Kathy completed her Bachelor of Nursing with Distinction in 2000 from the University of Calgary. She then practiced in the Emergency Department where an interest in prevention started to grow. Seeing patients present in a health crisis became frustrating and she decided to pursue becoming a Nurse Practitioner.
She graduated from Athabasca University with her Masters in Advanced Nursing Practice in 2010 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been practicing in the Primary Care setting ever since. She has also worked in research, education, women’s health, Geriatrics, and Pediatrics. She has a love for learning. Her growing interest in preventative and anti-aging medicine has led her to seek additional and ongoing education in this specialty area.
Kathy has a love for preventative medicine. Her goal with patients is to address the underlying cause of their health problems, moving away from just focusing on treating symptoms. She recognizes the uniqueness of each patient, taking a personalized approach to health. She looks at the link between lifestyle factors and health and wellbeing. She believes there are five pillars to good health: optimal rest and sleep, relaxation and stress management, nutritional and supplements, having meaning and purpose in life, and physical activity. These pillars are a focus while working with patients on their health goals.
